Fit Fridays - Treadmill Workout

We've still had a bit of rain around here so I've done a few workouts on the treadmill recently. I thought I'd share one of my favorite ones with you because it makes the time pass quickly while giving you a great workout at the same time. Whether walking or running, make sure you choose 3 increasing speeds that you can sustain throughout the workout. Below are the three speeds that I chose during my last workout based on my fitness at this time 7.5 (8min/mile), 8.0 (7:30min/mile), and 8.5 (7:03min/mile).
